While the pandemic is continuously arising, many
difficulties still partook in our lives, and as a students I still faced some
challenges in this new normal education. As for the subjects, all of those
computations, researches, economic stuffs, and more, I still see them very
important and I’m sure that it will help me improve my skills in every way and
to be more refined. Here again in the second semester of this school year,
there is no doubt that learning amidst pandemic through modules is still kind
of hard and complicated. However, considering all the substances that I’m continuously
facing this semester, I see myself improving and there are a lot of lessons and
discoveries that I’m constantly gaining.
Certainly, online learning is not an unusual sensation, the
sudden transformation into this type of learning has posed the same substantial
challenges I faced during the first semester including the lack of assessment
and supervision of teachers, technological issues, including slow internet
connection, outdated communication devices, incompatible browsers, and staying
motivated. Hence, I can say that along my previous experiences in this second
quarter is still very tough, but at least I see myself improved. Assessment is
vital to any type of learning either face to face or online class. However,
online learning makes it more complicated, teachers have limited control over
us students’. It still no doubt that it is easier to understand a given topic
if the teacher is personally teaching you. Without our peers and daily school
routines, staying motivated is a challenging task for me too. On the other
hand, I was able to address and constantly stand to these challenges, by
engaging and motivating myself to have more determination and to carry on
learning despite of this trials.
Moving on, I will still continue to do my very best and also maintain my strength and determination to learn despite of the challenges that I faced. Truly, we all need to adapt very quickly to the situations that are still making our lives difficult, even though it wasn’t the most apparent routines. Hence, I will always be motivated and determined to learn even if the pandemic is still taking place. So far, I am grateful, for the class sessions are currently being done in the comfort and safety of our own homes.
